I love a good fast.
Juice cleanses have become a relatively simple method for dropping a few pounds, but for me, especially this time around, its about so much more than that.
These next five days of cleansing are about me. Doing as much yoga as possible and becoming stronger and more flexible because of it. Indulging in the infrared sauna, because it feels so damn good and meditating because I need that more than food right now anyways.
I also plan on beginning day one of the forty day journey that Gabrielle Bernstein maps out in her latest book May Cause Miracles because that’s exactly what I’m looking for in twenty thirteen: miracles.
